Dr Philip Mathen

Gabby Parker
Managing Director
With extensive experience in both intensive care nursing and hospital administration, Gabby is able to prioritise both patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Public Health from the University of New South Wales.
Her dual expertise in frontline patient care and strategic healthcare administration, alongside her compassionate and caring nature, ensure that all operations are run to a consistently high standard at Veritas Executive Health.
Dr Ati Jhajj
Preventative Medicine Physician
Dr Ati Jhajj is an experienced General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience across metropolitan, rural and digital health settings. She has worked in general practice for almost 10 years and brings a broad clinical skill set, with a deep interest in preventative health, chronic disease management and women’s health.
Before moving fully into general practice, Dr Jhajj completed additional years of physician training, gaining experience in complex medical care across endocrinology, cardiology, gastroenterology and haematology. She has also recently spent two years working in rural NSW, where she broadened her experience in holistic care, chronic disease management and the supervision of residents and registrars.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Jhajj has experience in clinical governance, digital health and health technology. She has previously served as a Clinical Advisor to a healthtech startup and has undertaken research and analysis of early-stage medical companies, giving her insight into emerging health technologies and the practical challenges facing clinicians, patients and healthcare organisations medical companies.
Shannon Brown
Exercise Physiologist
Shannon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) with Honours at the University of Sydney. Her professionalism and warmth ensures all clients receive the highest standard of care during their assessments at Veritas Executive Health.
William Chen
Exercise Physiologist
William is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney and working part time at Veritas Executive Health. His expertise and genuine care shows he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
Rebecca Roberts
Partnerships Manager & Health Coach
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Psychology, blending expertise in both strategy and human behavior. Drawing on her background in corporate and professional management, she brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her role as Partnerships Manager and Health Coach supporting individuals in creating lasting wellbeing through practical, personalised solutions.
Sally McGrath
Health Coach
Sally is a certified health coach known for her warm, engaging style that empowers clients to take sustainable actions for lasting wellness. She guides individuals toward long-term health and longevity through meaningful, behaviour-based change.
Lauren Gupta
Senior Administration Assistant
Lauren is completing a combined Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at UNSW. Lauren ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and has a passion for helping others. She ensures that all clients receive a warm reception and professional service.
Olivia Moir
Administration Assistant
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Global Studies, with a Major in Health Studies and a Sub Major in Japanese Language and Culture (UTS). Olivia’s attention to detail and caring personality elevate the client experience. She ensures that our clients feel at ease from the moment they arrive and throughout their experience at Veritas Executive Health.
Sunny Yip
Administration Assistant
Sunny brings a strong foundation in health, wellbeing, and performance to her work, having completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. With a growing interest in health administration, she combines her academic knowledge with practical experience in office and accounting administration roles.
Known for her organisation, attention to detail, and approachable nature, she supports efficient operations while contributing to a positive and professional environment. Sunny is passionate about working within the healthcare space and continues to develop her skills in both administration and client-focused service.
